Barcode scanners – termination on the basis of settlement agreements of investigations 337-TA-1317 and 337-TA-1321 of certain barcode scanners, scan engines, mobile computers with barcode scanning functionalities, products containing the same, and components thereof

Chocolate milk powder – Sept. 2 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a general exclusion order if a violation is found in investigation 337-TA-1232 of certain chocolate milk powder and packaging thereof

Earpiece devices – termination on the basis of a settlement agreement of advisory opinion proceeding in investigation 337-TA-1121 of certain earpiece devices and components thereof

Mobile electronic devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1324 of certain mobile electronic devices (complainant Maxell Ltd.; respondents located in China and the U.S.)
