Bar code scanners – termination without import restrictions of investigations 337-TA-1285, -1306, and -1307 of bar code scanners and related goods

Movable barriers – institution of formal enforcement proceeding relating to the limited exclusion order and cease and desist order issued in investigation 337-TA-1209 of movable barrier operators systems and components thereof

Toner – in investigation 337-TA-1259, finding of a Section 337 violation and issuance of (1) a general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of toner supply containers and components thereof that infringe one or more of specific patent claims asserted by Canon Inc., Canon U.S.A. Inc., and Canon Virginia Inc. and (2) cease and desist orders against 20 companies

Video processors – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1323 of video processing devices and products containing the same (complainant VideoLabs Inc.; respondents located in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)
