Arrowheads – determination to modify general exclusion order issued in investigation 337-TA-977 of arrowheads with deploying blades and components thereof and packaging therefor by rescinding an exclusion based on a specific trademark
Computer cables – determination to rescind limited exclusion order issued in investigation 337-TA-975 of computer cables, chargers, adapters, peripheral devices, and packaging containing the same due to complainant’s failure to show continued use of the asserted trademarks
Hobby transmitters – determination to modify limited exclusion order issued in investigation 337-TA-763 of radio control hobby transmitters and receivers and products containing same by rescinding an exclusion based on a specific trademark
Mobile devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on mobile devices with hardware and software for exchanging electronic content and components thereof (complainant GG Technologies Inc.; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)
