- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding industrial belts) at the GSM Engineered Fabrics LLC facility within FTZ 204 in Kingsport, Tenn., subject to a restriction that rolls of woven plastic polyester belt material and rolls of spiral polyphenylene sulfide plastic belt material be admitted in privileged foreign status

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding semi-finished steel casing) at the Vallourec Star LP facility within FTZ 164 in Muskogee, Okla.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding beverage filtration and purification devices) at the Millipore Corporation facility within FTZ 81 in Jaffrey, N.H.
