Fatty acids – preliminary determination of critical circumstances, in part, in CVD investigation of fatty acids from Indonesia and instruction to CBP to suspend liquidation of any unliquidated entries of subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 24, 2026
PC strand – sunset review determination that revocation of CVD order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at levels of 9.42 to 45.85 percent

Trailers – preliminary affirmative AD determinations on van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from Canada and Mexico and new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 4.29 and 44.86 percent for Canada and 2.43 to 79.92 percent for Mexico
