Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Engines – continuation of AD and CVD orders on large vertical shaft engines and parts thereof from China, effective Aug. 11

Flanges – dumping margins of 0.6 and 50.72 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on stainless steel flanges from India for the period Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024

L-lysine – final affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on l-lysine from China; AD and CVD orders will therefore be issued

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the AD orders on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Malaysia and boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from Vietnam, both for the period June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026

Pipe and tube – dumping margins of 6.36 to 10.23 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024
