The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Chlorinated isocyanurates – sunset review determination that revocation of CVD order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies

Citric acid – dumping margin of 4.69 percent for Sucroal S.A. in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Colombia for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024

Sunset reviews – ITC determinations to conduct expedited sunset reviews of AD and CVD orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from China, ceramic tile from China, and quartz surface products from India and Turkey, as well as AD duty order on silicon metal from Russia

Wire rod – dumping margins of 0.51 percent for Korea’s POSCO/POSCO International Corporation, 13.45 percent for Mexico’s Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V., and 18.09 percent for Mexico’s TA 2000 S.A. de C.V. in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Korea and Mexico for the period May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024, and Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2023, respectively
