Polyester fiber – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on polyester staple fiber from Korea and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Review rescissions – rescission of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders based on the timely withdrawal of all review requests

- biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia (CV; Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021)

- carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from China (CV; Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021)

- forged steel fittings from Korea (AD; May 28, 2020, through Nov. 30, 2021)

- forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany (AD, July 23, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021; and CV, May 26, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021)

- stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy and Malaysia (AD; Feb. 1, 2021, through Jan. 31, 2022)

- truck and bus tires from China (AD; Feb. 1, 2021, through Jan. 31, 2022)

- twist ties from China (AD, Dec. 10, 2020, through March 31, 2022; and CV, Dec. 1, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021)

- vertical shaft engines from China (CV; June 19, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021)

Scope rulings – applications filed in June for rulings on the scope of the following AD/CV duty orders

- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CV)

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (AD/CV)

- solar cells from China (AD/CV)

Sodium nitrite – final affirmative CV injury determination on sodium nitrite from Russia
