PET film – (1) dumping margins of zero and 1.15 percent for India and zero for Taiwan in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from these countries for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, and (2) rescission of India review with respect to six companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Pressure pipe – dumping margins of 16.25 and 144.51 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Vietnam for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
Steel fittings – rescission of 2022/2023 administrative review of AD duty order on forged steel fittings from China with respect to two companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Tungsten shot – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of tungsten shot from China
Wind towers – (1) sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on utility-scale wind towers from China and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 60.02 percent for China and 58.54 percent for Vietnam, and (2) dumping margin of 17.97 percent for one exporter/producer in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on such towers from Malaysia for the period Oct. 13, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022
