New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- chassis and subassemblies thereof from China (AD)

- citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium, Colombia, and Thailand (AD)

- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India (AD; June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024)

- collated steel staples from China (AD/CV)

- corrosion-resistant steel products from China (AD/CV), Korea (AD/CV), and Taiwan (AD)

Plywood – (1) dumping margin of 89.1 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on hardwood plywood products from China for the period Sept. 26, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2022, and (2) net subsidy rate of 100.11 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such goods for the period Sept. 26, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2022

R-125 – dumping margins of 24.62 and 267.66 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China for the period Aug. 17, 2021, through Feb, 28, 2023

Rebar – dumping margins of zero and 1.05 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Türkiye for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023

Steel bar – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of new shipper review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1 through July 31, 2023
