Lawn mowers – subsidy rates of 10.58 percent  (2020) and 9.46 percent (2021) for Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Co. Ltd. in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on certain walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China for the period Oct. 30, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021, and rescission of review with respect to two companies

Nails – dumping margins of 23.16 and 78.17 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain steel nails from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, preliminary determination of no reviewable sales with respect to three companies, and rescission of review with respect to four companies

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- aluminum foil from China (AD; April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023)

- certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from Germany, India, Italy, and Switzerland (AD)

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain (AD)

- finished carbon steel flanges from Spain (AD)

- glycine from India (AD/CV) and Japan (AD)

- prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Malaysia, Spain, and Turkey (AD)

- quartz surface products from India and Turkey (AD/CV)

- raw honey from Argentina (AD; Nov. 23, 2021, through May 31, 2023), Brazil (AD; Nov. 23, 2021, through May 31, 2023), India (AD; Nov. 23, 2021, through May 31, 2023), and Vietnam (AD; Aug. 25, 2021, through May 31, 2023)

- tapered roller bearings from China (AD)

OCTG – dumping margin of 4.89 percent for Interpipe Europe S.A./Interpipe Ukraine LLC/PJSC Interpipe Niznedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant/LLC Interpipe Niko Tube in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Ukraine for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022

PET film – subsidy rate of 116.96 percent for Jindal Poly Films Limited in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, and rescission of review with respect to seven companies

Power transformers – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022

Staples – dumping margin of zero for Tianjin Hweschun Fasteners Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain collated steel staples from China for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, and preliminary determination of no shipments with respect to one company

Tires – dumping margins of 4.23, 12.61, and 19.45 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Korea for the period Jan. 6, 2021, through June 30, 2022
