The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

End blocks – net subsidy rate of 2.75 percent for one company in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Scope rulings – scope rulings and circumvention determinations made between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2024, with respect to the following AD/CV duty orders

- boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China (AD/CV)

- chassis and subassemblies thereof from China (AD/CV)

- circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China (AD/CV)

- circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico (AD)

- common alloy aluminum sheet from China (AD/CV)

- fresh garlic from China (AD)

- malleable iron pipe fittings from China (AD)

- passenger vehicles and light truck tires from Taiwan (AD)

- quartz surface products from China (AD/CV)

- steel wheels from China (AD/CV)

- utility-scale wind towers from China (AD/CV) and Spain (AD)

- wooden bedroom furniture from China (AD)

- wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China (AD/CV)

Soil pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on cast iron soil pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 235.93 percent and countervailable subsidies at rates of 14.69 and 109.27 percent

Steel pipe – dumping margin of 0.61 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman for the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022

Tubular goods – dumping margin of 1.39 percent for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Ukraine for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
