The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Citric acid – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
Mattresses – (1) rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on mattresses from China for the period Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates, and (2) correction to notice of initiation of 2023/2024 administrative review of AD/CV duty orders on mattresses from Indonesia to clarify that this review will not be deferred for one year
Nails – dumping margins of 0.75 to 1.28 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Malaysia for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
Pasta – preliminary determination that Gruppo Milo SpA is the successor-in-interest to Gruppo Alimentare Mediterraneo Milo Srl for purposes of the AD duty order on pasta from Italy
Shopping bags – 41.46 percent “all others” rate for China in corrected notice of CV duty orders on paper shopping bags from China and India
