Ammonium nitrate – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on ammonium nitrate solutions from Russia and Trinidad & Tobago

Copper pipe – issuance of AD duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam, effective Aug. 13, with current AD cash deposit rate of 8.35 percent

Lockers – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on metal lockers from China

Rubber – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber from France, Korea, and Mexico

Wind towers – issuance of AD duty order on utility-scale wind towers from Spain, effective Aug. 16, with current AD deposit rate of 73.0 percent
