Aluminum wire and cable – preliminary determinations that (1) imports of aluminum wire and cable completed in Cambodia, Korea, and Vietnam using certain inputs manufactured in China are not covered by scope of the AD and CV duty orders on AWC from China, (2) AWC completed in Korea and Vietnam using certain inputs manufactured in China are circumventing the orders (and imposition of certification requirement for applicable entries from these countries), and (3) AWC completed in Cambodia using certain AWC inputs manufactured in China are not circumventing the orders
