The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum sheet – subsidy rates of 11.25 and 12.21 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021

Corrosion-resistant steel – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, and preliminary determination that one company had no shipments during the review period

Rebar – dumping margins of zero and 29.30 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022

Request reviews – Aug. 31 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV), unless otherwise noted:

- large power transformers from Korea (AD)

Softwood lumber products – dumping margins of 5.25, 6.20, and 6.96 percent and subsidy rates of 1.36, 1.72, 1.79, and 2.19 percent in final results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on certain softwood lumber products from Canada for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, and final rescission of CV review with respect to one company

Steel fittings – initiation of sunset reviews of AD duty orders on forged steel fittings from China, Italy, and Taiwan and CV duty order on forged steel fittings from China

Violet pigment – initiation of new shipper review of CV duty order on carbazole violet pigment 23 from India, which could result in a new CV cash deposit rate for the company under review
