The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum sheet – receipt of covered merchandise referral in connection with an investigation of the potential evasion of the AD and CV duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from China
Pipe – (1) sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time, (2) issuance of AD duty orders on such pipe from Korea, Russia, and Ukraine, effective Aug. 23, with current AD cash deposit rates of 4.44 percent for Korea, 209.72 percent for Russia, and 23.75 percent for Ukraine, and (3) issuance of CV duty orders on such pipe from Korea and Russia, with current CV cash deposit rates of 1.78 percent for Korea and 48.38 percent for Russia
Sawblades – dumping margins of zero to 82.05 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019
Solar cells – anticircumvention requests concerning AD/CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China, with respect to subject goods completed in Malaysia, Thailand, or Vietnam prior to exportation to the U.S.
Steel bar – dumping margins of zero and 30.92 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2019, through Jan. 31, 2020
