The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum sheet – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
End blocks – (1) dumping margins of zero and 1.41 percent for Italy and 19.96 percent for Germany in final results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on forged steel fluid end blocks from these countries for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022, and (2) net subsidy rates of 3.28 to 6.8 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on such goods from Italy for the same period
Paper – dumping margins of zero and 3.49 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper from Brazil for the period March 1, 2022, through Feb. 28, 2023
Pea protein – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on pea protein from China
Stainless steel sheet – (1) dumping margin of 21.1 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 52 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
