Acetone – dumping margins of zero for Kumho P&B Chemicals Inc. and LG Chem Ltd. in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on acetone from Korea for the period March 1, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2022
Citric acid – dumping margins of zero and 0.78 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022
Foundry coke – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on foundry coke products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Garment hangers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on steel wire garment hangers from Taiwan and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Nails – dumping margins of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain steel nails from Oman for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, and preliminary determination of no shipments with respect to four companies
Paper bags – postponement to Oct. 30 of preliminary determinations in CV duty investigations of certain paper shopping bags from China and India
Pea protein – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations on certain pea protein from China; subject goods are generally classified under HTSUS 3504.00.1000, 3504.00.5000, and 2106.10.0000 and may also be entered under HTSUS 2308.00.9890
