Jump starters – institution of investigations 337-TA-1359 (concerning patent infringement) and 337-TA-1360 (concerning common law trade dress infringement and false designation of origin, false advertising, and unfair competition) of portable battery jump starters and components thereof (complainant The NOCO Company; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Lidar systems – new IPR infringement complaint filed on lidar (light detection and ranging) systems and components thereof (complainant Ouster Inc.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Water filters – in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1290, issuance of limited exclusion order barring entry of infringing refrigerator water filtration devices and components thereof that are imported by or on behalf of the respondents
