Energy drinks – new IPR infringement complaint filed on energy drinks and labeling and packaging thereof (complainant Monster Energy Company; proposed respondents located in Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Panama, and the U.S.)
Measurement devices – determination in investigation 337-TA-1276 of light-based physiological measurement devices and components thereof that redesigned products do not infringe the asserted patents and should not be subject to the existing limited exclusion order
Wireless modules – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1413 of wireless front-end modules and devices containing the same based on stipulation for dismissal
