Centrifuges – new IPR infringement complaint filed on centrifuge utility platform and falling film evaporator systems and components thereof (complaint filed by Apeks LLC; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Core orientation systems – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1309 of core orientation systems, products containing same, components thereof, and methods of using the same (complainants Australian Mud Company Pty Ltd. and Reflex USA LLC; respondents located in Australia and the U.S.)

Electrical connectors – April 27 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue limited exclusion order if a violation is found in investigation 337-TA-1241 of electrical connectors and cages, components thereof, and products containing the same

Movable barriers – issued of modified limited exclusion order and cease and desist order in investigation 337-TA-1209 of movable barrier operator systems and components thereof
