Botox – new IPR infringement complaint filed on botulinum toxin products and processes for manufacturing or relating to same (complainant Medytox Inc.; proposed respondents located in Korea, Austria, and the U.S.)

Fitness products – institution of infringement investigation 337-TA-1310 of interactive fitness products including stationary exercise bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, and rowing machines and components thereof (complainant Peloton Interactive of NY; respondents located in the U.S.)

Mobile devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on mobile electronic devices (complainant Maxell Ltd.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Sweeteners – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1264 of high-potency sweeteners, processes for making same, and products containing same following determination of no Section 337 violation
