Cosmetics – issuance of limited exclusion order in investigation 337-TA-1407 barring entry of eye cosmetics and packaging therefor that are imported by or on behalf of respondents found in default
Disposable vapes – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1381 of disposable vaporizer devices and components and packaging thereof based on withdrawal of complaint by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company
Drug products – (1) new IPR infringement complaint filed on drug products containing C-type natriuretic peptide variants and components thereof (complainant BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc.; proposed respondents located in Denmark, Germany, and the U.S.), and (2) issuance of general exclusion order and cease and desist orders in investigation 337-TA-1377 of products containing and purporting to contain tirzepatide
