Aircraft – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1499 of electric aircraft, power systems for electric aircraft, and components thereof (complainant Archer Aviation Inc.; respondents located in the U.S.)

Confectionery – new IPR infringement complaint filed on coated confectionery products and components thereof (complainant Promotion in Motion Inc.; proposed respondents located in Ireland and the U.S.)

Lidocaine patches – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1498 of over-the-counter topical lidocaine patches (complainant J.A.R. Laboratories LLC; respondents located in Ireland, France, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.)

Screen protectors – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1497 of screen protectors, application systems for use therewith, and components thereof (complainant Belkin International Inc.; respondent located in the U.S.)
