U.S. Customs and Border Protection has updated its trade enforcement statistics for fiscal year 2025. These statistics show that CBP enforcement efforts had an even more substantial impact on the trade community last year than originally indicated. As always, conducting an import compliance review can help companies avoid or mitigate those impacts.
