Glycine – dumping margins of 9.84 and 86.22 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on glycine from Japan for the period June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024
Off-road tires – net subsidy rates of 4.91 and 7.44 percent in amended final results of administrative review of CVD order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Solar cells – (1) preliminary affirmative AD determinations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from India, Indonesia, and Laos, (2) new AD cash deposit requirements for entries of subject goods at rates of 107.77 percent for India, 35.17 percent for Indonesia, and 22.06 percent for Laos, and (3) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determinations in part for all three countries
Steel pipe – rescission of administrative review of AD order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Taiwan for the period Nov. 1, 2024, through Oct. 31, 2025, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Tubular goods – initiation of AD investigations of oil country tubular goods from Austria, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates and CVD investigation of such goods from Austria
