The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.
Aluminum extrusions – rescission of administrative review of AD order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025, with respect to 79 companies for which requests were withdrawn and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Electrodes – preliminary affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on large-diameter graphite electrodes from China and India
End blocks – (1) net subsidy rates of 8.49 to 10.89 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024, and (2) dumping margins of zero for Germany and 21.97 percent for Italy in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD orders on such goods from these countries for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024
Lumber – dumping margins of 4.77 to 16.85 percent and net subsidy rates of 11.7 to 15.93 percent in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD and CVD orders on softwood lumber from Canada for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024
Truck bed covers – preliminary affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on truck bed covers from China
