Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.

Aluminum extrusions – net subsidy rate of 164.29 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024

Citric acid – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CVD orders on citric acid and citrate salts from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at levels up to 156.87 percent and countervailable subsidies at levels of 52.22 to 166.34 percent

Frozen fish – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at levels up to 63.88 percent

Steel fittings – sunset review determinations that (1) revocation of AD orders on forged steel fittings from India and South Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at levels up to 293.4 percent for India and 198.38 percent for South Korea and (2) revocation of CVD order on forged steel fittings from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at levels of 2.64 and 300.77 percent

Tubular goods – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on oil country tubular goods from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at levels up to 99.14 percent
