The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Corrosion-resistant steel – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on corrosion-resistant steel products from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Türkiye, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates, and (2) new AD cash deposit requirements for entries of such goods at the rates of 17.01 percent for Australia, 31.53 and 137.76 percent for Brazil, 48.06 percent for Canada, 1.87 to 14.43 percent for Mexico, 17.9 percent for South Africa, 2.64 and 67.9 percent for Taiwan, 22.59 percent for the Netherlands, 15.18 percent for Türkiye, 39.84 to 88.12 percent for Vietnam, and 7.01 to 16.31 percent for the UAE
Mobile access equipment – net subsidy rate of 79.33 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
PTFE – net subsidy rate of 5.16 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on granular polytetrafluoroethylene from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Rail couplers – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Solar cells – dumping margin of 238.95 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023
