New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India (CV)

- common alloy aluminum sheet from China (AD/CV)

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China and Taiwan (AD)

- cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea (AD/CV)

- forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy (CV)

Pipes and tubes – dumping margins of 2.28 to 5.06 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022

Rail couplers – application filed for ruling on scope of AD duty order on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico

Steel plate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on clad steel plate from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel racks – dumping margins of 11.44 to 26.9 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel racks and parts thereof from China for the period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022
