Pipes and tubes – preliminary determination that imports of welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in India are circumventing the AD duty order on pipe and tube from India
Steel pipe – (1) preliminary determination that circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes and circular welded non-alloy steel pipe imported into the U.S. during the period Jan. 1, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2021, were not completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel manufactured in Taiwan and are therefore not circumventing the AD duty orders on pipe and tube and CWP from Taiwan, (2) preliminary determination that imports of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe completed in Vietnam using HRS produced in South Korea are circumventing the AD duty order on CWP from Korea, and (3) preliminary determination that circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe completed in Vietnam using HRS produced in China is circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on CWP from China
