The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Mattresses – amended preliminary determination of critical circumstances in AD investigation of mattresses from Taiwan to specify that “all other” producers and/or exporters are not included

Pipe fittings – amended final scope ruling finding that ductile iron flanges exported by MCC Holdings dba Crane Resistoflex are not within the scope of the AD duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China

Quartz products – expanded administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on quartz surface products from China to cover the periods Nov. 4, 2021, through June 30, 2023 (AD), and Nov. 4, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV)

Violet pigment – dumping margin of zero in final results of new shipper review of AD duty order on carbazole violet pigment 23 from India

Xanthan gum – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on xanthan gum from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
