Ironing tables – determination not to revoke AD duty order on floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and parts thereof from China because a domestic producer has expressed interest in its continuation
Paper clips – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on paper clips from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Pipe and tube – preliminary determinations that (1) imports of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in China and Korea are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on LWRPT from China and Korea and (2) imports of light-walled rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in Taiwan are circumventing the AD duty order on LWR tubing from Taiwan
Pipe fittings – continuation of AD duty orders on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines, effective April 12
Uranium – continuation of agreement suspending the AD duty investigation on uranium from Russia
