The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of zero and 0.88 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021

Kegs – net subsidy rate of 5.22 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on refillable stainless steel kegs from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020

Paper clips – continuation of AD duty order on paper clips from China, effective April 21

Steel fittings – dumping margin of 29.06 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on forged steel fittings from China for the period Nov. 1, 2020, through Oct. 31, 2021

Tubing – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at levels of 8.07 to 42.77 percent
