Epoxy resins – institution of AD and CV injury investigations of epoxy resins from China, India, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand
Pipe fittings – amendment of final ruling on scope of AD duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China to exclude ductile iron flanges exported by Star Pipe Products
R-125 – dumping margins of 24.62 and 281.3 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China for the period Aug. 17, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2023
Steel fittings – dumping margin of 3.99 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on forged steel fittings from Korea for the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022
Tires – (1) dumping margins of 2.68 to 3.18 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India for the period March 1, 2022, through Feb. 28, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rates of 0.43 and 1.83 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such tires for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
