Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

DOTP – final affirmative dumping determinations on dioctyl terephthalate from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Türkiye, with dumping margins of 7.5 percent for Malaysia, 57.88 percent for Poland, 18.73 and 32.94 percent for Taiwan, and 61.61 and 80.71 percent for Türkiye

Empty capsules – preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on hard empty capsules from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam and new CV cash deposit requirements at rates of 4.94 percent for Brazil, 3.45 to 8.53 percent for China, 9.95 percent for India, and 2.15 percent for Vietnam

MDI – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on methylene diphenyl diisocyanate from China

Molded fiber products – corrected scope of CV duty investigations of thermoformed molded fiber products from China and Vietnam

Strontium chromate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on strontium chromate from Austria and France would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
