Citric acid – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
Ferrosilicon – institution of AD/CV injury investigations of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Russia
PC strand – (1) preliminary determination that imports of certain high-carbon steel wire produced in Mexico and assembled or completed into pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand in the U.S. are circumventing the AD duty order on PC strand from Mexico and (2) new requirement to suspend liquidation of all imports of subject wire from Mexico on or after July 31, 2023
Shrimp – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 1.69 to 13.41 percent
Steel sheet – dumping margin of 58.79 percent for one exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Korea for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023
