The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Citric acid – dumping margins of zero to 0.78 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and citrate salts from Thailand for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022

Cold-rolled steel – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021

Plywood – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on hardwood plywood products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 183.36 percent

Steel racks – (1) dumping margins of 3.13 to 13.88 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel racks and parts thereof from China for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021, and (2) net subsidy rate of 6.00 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on steel racks and parts thereof from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020

Tires – net subsidy rates of 1.0 to 1.57 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021
