Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Chassis – initiation of covered merchandise inquiry to determine whether certain axle beams, slider boxes, and landing gear sets are subject to the AD/CV duty orders on chassis and subassemblies thereof from China

Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of 0.89 and 2.27 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Oct. 1, 2022, through Sept. 30, 2023

Melamine – final affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on melamine from India

Polyester yarn – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on polyester textured yarn from China and India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 77.15 percent for China and 47.98 percent for India

PTFE resin – dumping margin of 10.36 percent in amended final dumping determination on granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India
