Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum containers – final affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China

Glycine – dumping margins of zero to 57.17 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on glycine from India for the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023

Melamine – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on melamine from China for the period Dec. 1, 2023, through Nov. 30, 2024, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Metal lockers – dumping margin of 78.07 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on metal lockers and parts thereof from China for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023

Stainless steel – net subsidy rates of 0.57 to 17.04 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
