The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

2,4-D – (1) final affirmative AD duty determinations on 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid from China and India and new AD cash deposit rates of 126.58 percent for China and 3.18 to 20.62 percent for India, and (2) final affirmative CV duty determinations on 2,4-D from India and China and new CV cash deposit rates of 26.5 and 169.63 percent for China and 5.29 to 6.32 percent for India
Line pipe – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China, effective March 20
Polyester yarn – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty orders on polyester textured yarn from China and India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 32.18 to 473.09 percent for China and 4.29 to 21.83 percent for India
Scope rulings – applications filed in February to determine whether specific products are covered by the scope of the following AD/CV duty orders
- fresh garlic from China
- mattresses from China and Mexico
- truck and bus tires from Thailand
Slag pots – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on slag pots from China and new CV cash deposit requirement at rate of 226.16 percent
