The International Trade Administration and the International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum wire and cable – scheduling of final phase of AD/CV injury investigations of aluminum wire and cable from China (hearing Oct. 17, pre-hearing briefs due Oct. 10, post-hearing briefs due Oct. 24, final comments due Nov. 15)

Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Raw flexible magnets – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on raw flexible magnets from China and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel nails – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on steel nails from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel pipe – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China, effective June 26
