Rebar – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at margins of 1.25 and 4.02 percent
Sawblades – following a referral from CBP in connection with an Enforce and Protect Act evasion investigation, initiation of inquiry into whether the following are covered by the scope of the AD duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China: (1) sawblades with core sourced from Thailand, segments from China, and joined in Thailand, (2) sawblades with core and segments both sourced from China and joined in Thailand, and (3) sawblades with core sourced from China, segments from Thailand, and joined in Thailand
