The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Engines – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of large vertical shaft engines from China, with hearing scheduled for Jan. 5, pre-hearing briefs due by Dec. 22, post-hearing briefs due by Jan. 12, and final comments due by Jan. 29

Hot-rolled steel – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan for the period Oct. 1, 2017, through Sept. 30, 2018

Methionine – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on methionine from France, Japan, and Spain

Rebar – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Shrimp – preliminary determination that Hyson Exports Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Hyson Logistics and Marine Exports Private Limited for purposes of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India
