Magnesium. The International Trade Commission has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty order on pure granular magnesium from China. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order.

Mechanical Tubing. The ITC has made final affirmative countervailing injury determinations on cold-drawn mechanical tubing from China and India. As a result, the International Trade Administration will issue CV duty orders on these products.

Solar Products. The ITA has amended the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan for the period Feb. 1, 2016, through Jan. 31, 2017, to correct a previous statement that 23 of the 34 companies under review had withdrawn their requests for review. The ITA has also preliminarily determined that 14 of these 23 companies had no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during the period of review. The remaining nine companies have been preliminarily assigned a weighted average dumping margin of 1.07 percent.

Glycine. Pursuant to a court decision, the ITA has amended the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on glycine from China for the period March 1, 2010, through Feb. 28, 2011, to specify a weighted average dumping margin of zero for Baoding Mantong Fine Chemistry Co. Ltd. If the court decision is not appealed or upheld on appeal, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate any unliquidated entries of subject goods without regard to AD duties. The AD cash deposit rate for Baoding will remain the company-specific rate established in the most recently completed administrative review.
