The International Trade Administration has recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Biodiesel – revised CV cash deposit rates of 0.19 and 10.3 percent in preliminary results of changed circumstances review of CV duty order on biodiesel from Argentina

Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of 5.44 to 10.11 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period March 22, 2016, through Sept. 30, 2017

Magnesium – dumping margin of 193.24 percent in preliminary affirmative dumping determination on magnesium from Israel

Oil country tubular goods – decision that four companies are part of the China-wide entity in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on OCTG from China for the period May 1, 2017, through April 30, 2018

Steel wheels – dumping margins of 28.27 and 44.35 percent and subsidy rates of 386.45 to 388.31 percent in final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on steel wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China, and affirmative critical circumstances determination in CV duty investigation
