Electrodes – initiation of AD investigations of large-diameter graphite electrodes from China and India; comments on the scope of these investigations are due by April 6
PET film – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CVD orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from China, India, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time; these orders will therefore be continued
R-125 – net subsidy rates of 3.02 and 10.11 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Shelving – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CVD orders on kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time; these orders will therefore be continued
Truck bed covers – initiation of AD and CVD investigations of truck bed covers from China; comments on the scope of these investigations are due by April 6
