Aluminum sheet – net subsidy rates of 9.76 and 112.82 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on common alloy aluminum sheet from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Ceramic tile – amended scope ruling finding that Elysium Tiles Inc. and Elysium Tile Florida Inc.’s composite tile is not covered by the scope of the AD/CVD orders on ceramic tile from China, effective Oct. 30, 2025
Large pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on welded large-diameter line pipe from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Solar cells – dumping margin of 5.25 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023
Steel wire rod – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CVD orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
