The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

File folders – scheduling of final phase of AD/CV injury investigations of paper file folders from Cambodia and Sri Lanka, with public hearing scheduled for Aug. 5

Lysine – institution of AD/CV injury investigations of l-lysine from China, with preliminary determinations due by July 14

Mattresses – continuation of AD duty order on mattresses from China, effective May 20

Pressure pipe – continuation of AD duty orders on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, effective May 21

Tubular goods – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023
